Service Description

Learn to make choux pastry (pâte à choux) & pastry cream, then finish off your scrumptious cream puffs with chocolate and craquelin dips. This is a one night class, bakers will take home their treats at the end of the night. Class minimum is 6, subject to cancellation if minimum is not met. Max participants is 12 students.
